I read an article recently about a double-blind study testing side effects from the COVID vaccine. Of the people who complained about side effects — some who said they got more sick than ever before in their lives — half were revealed to have received the placebo vaccine.
They got sick from a placebo.
This reminded me of the power of suggestion and thought. Our thoughts may not be “real” but they create our reality.
Our thoughts can dictate our physical experience.
But it’s not only our conscious thought. It’s also our unconscious thoughts.
What you think becomes your reality.
