CARE.
Care is the ultimate currency. It will buy you second chances, trust, and grace that can smooth over mistakes and missteps.
When people feel care for and about, they feel safe. They grow faster. They are more likely to take on risks.
Here’s the caveat:
It can’t be faked.
When you care for people and about people, it shows.
But you have to really care.
