Take a sledgehammer to it all.
The myths and lies they told you.
The illusions and delusions of the past.
The beliefs and assumptions that narrowed your perspective.
The foundations on which you built your life.
That constrained your ideas of who you are and who you could become.
The world is different now.
You are different.
What was no longer is.
Blast through the walls that have contained and constrained you.
Take a chainsaw to them.
If all you have is a chisel, then use that.
With whatever you have, chip away at these structures.
Piece by piece.
Bit by bit.
Until all that remains is the dust of what was.
Sweep that dust away. Compost it into the earth.
And build again.
