Floating in the ocean, riding the waves, with the sun as my guiding light, I feel at one with all of nature.

I lose all sense of where I end and where the water begins. We are one, the ocean and I. Breathing together, letting life breathe through us in an endless cycle of inhales and exhales, I come fully into my aliveness. The sun pours down upon me and I am renewed. Rebirthed.
