when people overstep
redefine your boundaries
protect your domain
This is week 7 of a 7-week series exploring the seven core emotional attributes that drive human interaction, as presented by the Kabbalistic Tree of Life. These attributes are collectively called Sephirot. Each individually is a sephirah. This week we are exploring the sephirah of Malchut.
One of the most important pieces of life wisdom I’ve experienced is this:
You get what you tolerate.
If someone oversteps and enters into your area of sovereignty, it’s up to you to set them straight by defining your boundaries and protecting your domain.
If you don’t make your line visible, other people will keep crossing it.
This is the essence of Netzach of Malchut, endurance of sovereignty. If we want our sovereignty to endure, we must protect it.
Love it? Hate it? What do you think? Don't hold back...
