The equinox earlier this week also marked the start of Aries season and the zodiacal new year.
There’s a reason we speak about “spring fever.”
Aries is a sign that initiates. Rules by Mars, it infuses us with confidence and drive.
Seeds underground sprout roots, embed themselves into the soil, and break through the ground to emerge.
If you stop to consider it, it’s pretty awe-inspiring, how the little seed suddenly turns into something completely different from what it was.
The tree or flower or fruit was in the seed the whole time. Yet we can’t see it when looking at the seed. The potential of what something will become remains a mystery until it begins to emerge.
We are part of nature, and follow the same path.
