The Full Moon in Libra heralded the arrival of Passover, the Jewish holiday on which we retell the story of the Jewish Exodus from Egypt.
On the surface, the Passover Seder is the same every year. The same rituasl the same foods, the same stories.
But it’s not the same.
Think about how you rewatch your favorite movie, or re-read a treasured book.
Even when we know what’s going to happen, there’s value in repeating the story.
Each year when we retrurn to the story, it’s different — because we are different.
We see it from a new angle, through the lens of everything we’ve experienced since the last time.
We notice things we hadn’t seen before.
We draw new meaning from old words.
It’s our nature to seek novelty, but deeper insight often comes from exploring the familiar with new eyes and a new mindset.
Repetition leads to revelation.
When we approach the story from a different perspective, it is no longer the “same old story.”
Instead, it is a brand new adventure.
Love it? Hate it? What do you think? Don't hold back...
