
This week I’m on a family vacation. Every day we have had fully packed schedules witha lot of activity and walking or hiking. In theory, I wouldn’t need to workout in the morning, since most of the day we’re on our feet.
Yet I still start every morning in the hotel gym.
I do some mobility and pre-hab, and maybe a quick circuit.
The body needs to move in the morning.
And also it’s not really about the workout.
Sometimes it’s just about having some time to myself to ground for the day ahead.
