What if your fatigue had nothing to do with how much sleep you get?
What if your physical pain was not related to how you move your body?
What if your resistance to a certain activity had nothing do with fear of that activity?
It’s human nature to assume linearity of cause and effect.
This happened, so it must be because of that thing.
For example, when I feel physical pain, I tend to immediately jump into a story that it must be because I did something “wrong” when I was in the gym.
But life is rarely that simple or linear.
Often, there are multiple possible causes for every effect.
When we’re experiencing an “effect” and looking for the cause, it can help to step back look from a wider perspective.
Love it? Hate it? What do you think? Don't hold back...
