If you could have an extra hour in your day, what would you do with it?
Many people have a long wish list of things they would do with an extra hour. But they might not let themselves even dream about it.
There’s a prevailing belief in our culture that we “cannot create time.”
This is a partial truth. We cannot change the sunrise and sunset. But we can change how we allocate time.
Today in most of the United States, we got an “extra hour.”
We “created time.”
Except we didn’t really. We simply re-allocated an hour from daytime to night time.
The sun will “rise” earlier and will also set earlier — on the clock.
If you didn’t have a clock around, how would you know what time it was?
You wouldn’t.
You would go about your day and do things when they felt right for you to do them, based on your needs and what worked best for you.
This is the secret to creating time: reallocate it in a way that gives you the time you want, when you want it.
Love it? Hate it? What do you think? Don't hold back...
