What stands between you and fulfilling your soul’s highest calling?
What is the thing that interferes with your stepping into the truth of who you are?
What feels in the way?
Is it another person?
A constraint of resources — time, money, energy, attention, information?
Or maybe your mile-long to-do list.
It is easy to blame the external factors: the person who seems intent on blocking your path, the resources you believe you need, the people who place expectations on you to be a certain way, all the things you need to do.
The external is a reflection of the internal. As you look around for what’s holding you back, the invitation is to look within as well.
What beliefs, mindsets, attitudes, and stories are keeping you from fully expressing your authentic self?
Is it your need to prove something — your intellect, credentials, worthiness — to someone else or yourself?
Is it judgment, skepticism, distrust of yourself or others?
How do you mask it?
Do you push harder, attempting to control things around you more? Or do you take the opposite extreme, throwing everything into the hands of the universe?
Do you get angry? Depressed? Or fake joy?
Do you use humor? Or try to add value to a conversation, to show you’re in the mix, so you feel a sense of belonging.
Where can you release and peel back layers to reveal more of your true self?
The full moon is a time for releasing the layers and masks that keep us from our truth.
Tonight’s full moon is powerful — a rare seasonal Blue Moon (meaning an extra moon in the season). The full moon in May is known as the Flower Moon, because this is when the flowers are in bloom.
This full moon is in the zodiac sign of Scorpio. Here’s some information from Forever Conscious on the meaning and energy of this Full Moon:
Scorpio Full Moon is considered one of the most powerful for releasing, cleansing, and transforming your life. This is because Scorpio is the sign that rules over death, rebirth, and spiritual transformation.
All Full Moons are a powerful time of releasing and letting go, but the Scorpio Full Moon is a time where we can get deep with ourselves, and figure out what is holding us back, what is paining us, and what we need to clear in order to live up to our fullest potential.
The path to realizing your full potential, is not about doing more. It is about releasing. What burdens can you set down? What layers can you shed?
Allow the full moon to illuminate what is holding you back, and allow yourself to release what no longer serves your highest good.
Now is the time to let it all go.
Love it? Hate it? What do you think? Don't hold back...
