rest in gratitude
appreciate your blessings
feel you have enough
We live in a culture that plays on our fear of not having enough and our fear of missing out and our fear of not being enough.
That fear, that feeling, is the gas that powers the engine of our economy.
We have a choice in every moment to play that game or not.
We can choose to rest in sufficiency. To appreciate what we do have. Working with fewer resources sparks innovation and creativity.
Gratitude is more than simply listing what you’re thankful for.
It’s about cultivating a mindset and a heart set of sufficiency.
Resting in the enoughness of what you have, what you do, what you know, and who you are.
You do not need to improve yourself or learn more or achieve more in order to be worthy of love.
You have done enough. You have enough. You know enough. You are enough.
There’s no program anyone can create to help you feel and believe it. You must do the work on your own.
But you can be reminded. So I’m here to remind you.
You are enough, just in your very being.
Love it? Hate it? What do you think? Don't hold back...
