The Moment of Inspiration

In the moment that inspiration struck, I wanted to record a video to explain what I’m doing. I went out at the morning break and approached a guy who was standing alone. We introduced ourselves. His name? Jesus. No joke. I was so jittery with adrenaline, and, as it happens, Jesus offers martial arts training to center the nervous system. He helped me get centered and then held the camera so I could further extend beyond my comfort zone to record this for you:
