Restore and recalibrate in this healing practice that combines yin yoga, yoga nidra, and distance reiki to help you reduce stress, release energetic blocks, and reconnect with your true nature while improving flexibility in your mind, body, and spirit.
You’ll end the practice ready to roll right into bed (if you’re not there already) and primed to kick ass for the rest of the week.

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a contrast and a complement to the more active and yang-styles of yoga. A Yin practice is done mostly on the ground, and involves poses held for a longer duration while supported by props to target the deep connective tissues that encase the muscles and organs.
The slower and supported nature of the practice helps the nervous system feel safe, which promotes increased flexibility, better circulation, and reduced stress.
The more receptive nature of a Yin practice can be more challenging for active people. Through yin, we practice meeting our edge in stillness, holding space for our discomfort, and being present with ourselves.
This is the antidote for the anxiety-prone mind.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra, technically translated as “Yogic sleep,” or conscious sleep, is a form of guided meditation done while laying down.
Also known as “meditation for lazy people,” because you don’t even need the energy to sit up. Through Yoga Nidra, we access deeper layers of the subconscious, which is responsible for 95% of our actions and behaviors.
A deeply restorative practice, 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep.
This is meditation for people who “can’t meditate.” If your favorite part of a yoga class is savasana (the nap at the end), this is for you.
The combination of Yin + Yoga Nidra is deeply healing and restorative. Bring your frazzled self and turn Manic Monday into Magic Monday.
About Renée

For over 2 decades, on and off the mat, as a lawyer, real estate broker, coach, and yoga teacher, Renée has been helping high achievers move through life with greater congruency, integrity, presence, and fluency.
Renée completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Prana Yoga Center in San Diego. She completed her Yin Yoga teacher training at Trilogy Sanctuary in San Diego. She completed Yoga Nidra training with Katya Lovejoy, and a 50-hour training in Energy and Subtle Body with Justin Ritchie.
She is a certified Level 2 Reiki practitioner, studying under Lizzie Rose.
Renée is also honored to be a certified Sacred Depths coach.
